Built with plastic and metal, the Ulefone S1 doesn’t shy away from beauty. It’s edges are well curved and its rear is finely furnished to relay this pretty quality. On top of the 5.5 inches IPS screen, a 2.5D Curved glass sits comfortably to add more aesthetics. This IPS screen serves as its display, and comes with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels. The 18:9 aspect ratio also juices up this display’s properties.

Under the glass, there’s the budget MediaTek MT6580 chipset. It packs a Quad-core CPU of 1.3GHz speed and Mali-400 GPU. The chipset’s performance is anchored by the 1GB RAM which is very efficient thanks to the Android Oreo Go Edition. This is so because this OS brings along Go apps that take up a little amount of space making multitasking free flowing.

In the camera department, 5MP + 5MP shooters excel in the rear region. They have a LED flash support for brightening images in poor lighting areas. At the selfie zone, a 2MP camera with 5MP interpolation is found.
