Xiaomi is preparing to launch the Redmi K40 smartphone, which is scheduled to be released on 25 February. They recently uploaded a teaser of the smartphone.
This teaser also answers leaks that have been circulating before, where it is stated that the Redmi K40 will come with three rear cameras. It turns out that this is true and the Redmi K40 will come with a triple AI camera setup.
In the teaser, you can see that the rear camera of the Redmi K40 comes with two large lenses and one small lens. It is not known how many resolutions the camera has.
Apart from the camera, Xiaomi also confirmed that the Redmi K40 will come with the latest chipsets made by Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon 888 (for Pro) and Snapdragon 870 (for the regular variant).
This smartphone will also be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery and run the Android 11 operating system with the latest MIUI 12.
Previously, the TENAA site had also provided information that the Redmi K40 will be equipped with an AMOLED screen with fingerprint technology under the screen. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the price and availability of this smartphone when it is announced.
