Asus recently released ROG Phone II. After a few days the competitors appeared, none other than Black Shark 2 Pro.
Both of these phones offer very powerful specs that will maximize the gaming experience. However, both ROG Phone 2 or Black Shark 2 Pro also have their own pros and cons.

Asus ROG Phone 2 vs Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro
Display
Both of these phones carry AMOLED screens that are able to present images to perplex the eyes. The resolution is 1080 x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9.
Both ROG Phone 2 and Black Shark 2 Pro support 10 HDR and 240 Hz touch-sensing. It’s just that ROG Phone 2 appears more spacious through the size of 6.59 inches and is protected by Gorilla Glass 6. While the Black Shark 2 Pro is 6.39 inch.
Storage and Processor
The Asus and Black Shark device are powered by the latest Qualcomm processor, Snapdragon 855+, which is for mobile gaming. This chipset is claimed to be superior to the CPU and GPU performance of its predecessor, Snapdragon 855.
Both of these phones are equally equipped with 8GB and 12GB RAM. But ROG Phone 2 has a more spacious internal storage space option, which is 256 GB and 512 GB. While the Black Shark 2 Pro is only 128 GB and 256 GB.
Camera
ROG Phone 2 and Black Shark 2 Pro camera support a dual camera on the back. In the main camera, both are equipped with 48 MP lenses with an aperture of f / 1.8.
In the second camera, Asus embed a 13 MP ultrawide lens. Whereas Black Shark 2 Pro installs a 12 MP telephoto lens.
For selfies, these two gaming phones offer a fairly high front camera. ROG Phone 2 has 24 MP while Black Shark 2 Pro 20 MP.
Battery
Asus battery implements a large battery capacity of 6,000 mAh, equipped with 30W charging and 10W reverse charging feature. Black Shark 2 Pro only supplies 4,000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging feature.
Price
Asus releases ROG Phone 2 8 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM version for 3,500 yuan (approx. ₦183,000 naira). While the 12 GB RAM and 512 ROM version retails for 6,000 yuan (approx. ₦312,000 naira).
On the other hand, the price of the 128 GB Black Shark 2 Pro variant is 2,999 yuan (approx. ₦156,000 naira). While the highest 256 GB variant is priced at 3,499 yuan (approx. ₦182,000 naira).
