Today, Konami officially issued a press release announcing that version 1.0.0 of eFootball 2022 will be released. In the press release, Konami admitted that it wasn’t focusing on the quality of the game, and was rushing to develop the game in order to release it as early as possible.
“We were too focused on getting the game out on time that we lost sight of the most important thing — quality. Naturally, we were met with critical reviews from rightfully disappointed fans,” admits Konami.
eFootball 2022 version 1.0.0 will be released on April 14th and will add new commands and many elements (including offence and defence). Konami also tweaked the game’s balance and fixed many bugs.
