Lenovo S5 Pro GT Quick Review
One of the innovations that rocked 2018 was the notch design. This same innovation made it out with this smartphone. And it’s the most popular notch (U-notch) that it presents. Asides the notch & its components at the front, the 6.2 inches screen and a chin are the other action attractions at the front.
On the flip side, dual cameras, LED flash, fingerprint reader and Lenovo logo are other flag bearers of the phone’s design. It’s noteworthy that the dual cameras comprises 12MP primary camera and 20MP depth sensor. That’s to say that the portrait photography on the smartphone is stellar! Also, the 12MP sensor works with f/1.8 aperture while the 20MP relies on f/2.6 aperture for its execution.
Still, in the camera department, the cameras found in the notch are of 20MP and 8MP qualities. Unlike the rear camera, there’s no LED flash to illuminate images in low light. However, the cameras are well optimised for low light photography.
When gaming or seeing movies, the 1080 x 2246 pixels supported by the IPS screen ensures that the action is enjoyed well. What’s more, the 3,500mAh battery guarantees long term usage. The Snapdragon 660 SoC also makes the battery duration more optimised.
Two memory configurations of the smartphone are available: 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM & 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Irrespective of the variant purchased, the storage can be increased to 256GB to accommodate more files. Sadly, it’s the Android 8.1 Oreo blended with ZUI 10 that runs the software show.
