Oppo Reno A : Stylish Mid-range Smartphone With 6GB RAM and 25MP Selfie Camera

Oppo Reno A is another interesting mid-range smartphone from the Chinese producer, Oppo. The smartphone belongs the Reno series that was launched in Q2 2019. Well, the OEM isn’t wasting time in adding to this fresh collection. Strong features such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, 6GB RAM and a giant 6.5-inch display are found on this piece.

Bezel-less designs are the order of the day, and the Oppo Reno A rolls one up its sleeves. The bezel-less design is accompanied by a waterdrop notch cutout and a chin. On the right side, the volume rocker and power button are positioned to perform their functions. Dual rear cameras are also seen at the top right corner of the smartphone rear.

These dual cameras are the 16MP with f/1.8 aperture and the 2MP depth sensor for bokeh effect. A LED flash supports these cameras when pictures and videos are to be recorded in the dark. At the fore, the notch cutout entertains the 25MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.

In the display section, the 6.5-inch display runs the show. Its excellence is seen through the resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. This display also enjoys over 87% screen area. More sauce, more juice.

The chances for apps to lag during operation are close to zero because the 6GB RAM is super efficient. It adds to the prowess of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chip. The chip comes with octa-core 2.2GHz processor and the Adreno 616 GPU.

For storage of files, either the 64GB or 128GB ROM is ready to serve. There’s no memory expansion available. Different forms of connectivity ranging from WLAN, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS are present on the device. This Android Pie running smartphone is powered by a non-removable 3,600mAh battery.
