Cubot P20 is the latest smartphone released by Chinese smartphone giant – Cubot. I’m sure the P20 in its name brings back memories of the Huawei P20. Don’t be amazed though, the nomenclature and some of its features were inspired by the Huawei flagship masterclass.

Cubot P20 takes the smartphone trendy notch design and infuses it with the 19:9 aspect ratio in a classy bezel-less appearance. Not just that, the storage card of this device is well packed to accommodate about 64GB of files.

Starting with the device’s core, there’s the MediaTek MT6750T with octa-core CPU that clocks at 1.5GHz. For the graphics, ARM Mali-T860 GPU is mounted on the chipset for good graphics presentation.

Display wise, the smartphone sports a vibrant 6.18 inches IPS touchscreen that boasts of 1080 x 2246 pixels resolution. Its display fineness is further expressed through the 403PPI pixel density and 19:9 aspect ratio. Let’s not forget that the display looks really attractive due to the bezel-less design highlighted by a top notch.

The top notch houses the front 13MP camera responsible for selfie shots. On the flip side, there are 20MP + 2MP shooters with f/2.0 aperture for quality image and video recording. Features such as 5-element lens, blue filter glass, face detection, panorama and HDR are accompaniments of this rear camera department.

The phone wastes no time in charging because of the Fast Charging technology on board. This phone’s duration hinges on the non-removable Li-Ion 4,000mAh battery. A 4GB RAM is present on the device for efficient multitasking.
