How Book Reservations to avoid Long Queues when visiting Carlcare Service Centers
- Download Carlcare app on your phone.
- Select Reservation.
- Choose the nearest location for example Lagos >> Opebi >> Click the green reservation button >> sign-in/register
- Fill phone number and password to sign in, but if you are a new user you might as well just register.
- Make sure you enter your number and choose your country code correctly because a verification code will be sent to your phone number to complete the registration process.
- A list available work days shall appear, Select your preferred day and then choose a time frame when is most convenient for you.
- Finally, specify the fault type and a helpful description to help them understand what happened to your device (see sample in the picture).
- Hit submit!
So there you go. I noticed this app doesn’t respond sometimes when you request a reservation.
