The Honor 9X Pro got announced alongside the new Honor 9X by the Chinese brand, Honor. This Pro version packs more goodies that’s set to wow mid-range users. Together with the smartphone’s pop-up camera mechanism, the phone sports three fantastic cameras for rear photography.

Honor 9X Pro Features (Preview)
In terms of appearance, the Honor 9X Pro is in a class of its own. Taking a look at its rear, you’ll see the lustrous effects forming an X pattern reminding of the series the phone belongs to. Also, the aluminium build gives the smartphone a noble feel. Three cameras are positioned vertically at the rear’s top left portion. The fingerprint sensor gets mounted on the side of the phone, so no worries about touch ID biometrics.
On this 206g-smartphone, a large 6.59-inch IPS screen is what controls how you’re entertained. Its 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 85% screen-to-body ratio ensure that the screen estate is massive! Then, there’s the 1080x 2340 pixels that works as the phone’s resolution.
In the memory compartment, an 8GB RAM is situated for all things multitasking. Its ROM counterpart comes in variance of 128GB and 256GB. With that said, you can increase the internal memory through a MicroSD card of 512GB.
Similar to its younger sibling, this device is powered by Kirin 810 SoC with octa-core 2.27GHz processor. That works hand in hand with Mali-G52 GPU on this phone. Still, on the hardware section, the duration stronghold is a non-removable 4,000mAh Li-Po battery. Software duties are discharged by the Android 9.0 Pie and the EMUI 9.1.
Now to the camera aspect, I’ll start with the sliding camera. The 16MP motorized shooter with f/2.0 aperture captures the selfies on the fore of the device.
