The Honor brand, a subsidiary of Huawei has introduced a new series for the mid-range enthusiasts, and this time it’s the Honor 9X series. One of the smartphones debuting this series is the Honor 9X.
The smartphone happens to be the first Honor smartphone featuring a pop-up camera. In the company’s home country alone, there have been over 200,000 pre-registrations for a phone that was announced in less than 24 hours.

First off, the Honor 9X is easy on the eyes. The aluminium embodiment is well furnished to give you that premium feel. It’s even sleek enough for you to flaunt when hanging out with your crew. You have the options of Magic Night Black, Charm Sea Blue and Charm Red for you to select from.
More so, the high and mighty 6.59 inches LTPS IPS touchscreen ensures your entertainment is 100% certified. The resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels blends well with the 391 PPI pixel density for the screen goodness.
In the seat of power, Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 810 chipset controls all major operations. This 7nm SoC conjoins with a 4GB or 6GB RAM for fluid multitasking activities. The graphics card on this baby is the Mali-G52 GPU. All forms of files can be stored on either the 64GB or 128GB ROM depending on the version you purchase.
Straight to the cameras, the backside of the phone dons a 48MP and 2MP dual shooters. This camera array is supported by a LED flash. Once selfies are needed, the motorized 16MP camera pops up to brighten your mood.
As long as the 4,000mAh battery is charged fully, the phone can give you a day’s duration without issues. The fast-charge technology allows it to charge up in less than 2 hours. Also, the fingerprint scanner is located on the right side of the device.
