Every iPhone has an application called Find My where the application can be used to find the location in case the user’s iPhone is lost or stolen.

The killer immediately attached the iPhone device with the active Find My feature to the bottom of the victim’s car. Needless to say, this makes the location of the victim easily traceable by the perpetrator of the murder.
