Hello TECNO Premium smartphones lovers. There is something prepared for you and this could be the long-awaited Phantom series.
According to the official TECNO Mobile India YouTube page, they teased the launch date for their upcoming smartphone. From the teaser, it confirms that their upcoming device would feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and is expected as early as 10th July.

The Phantom series has been missing for a while now. The last one there was was the Phantom 8 which was launched in October 2017. This is the best TECNO’s flagship phone model yet.
Next Phantom Specs
There aren’t concrete details about the upcoming TECNO device however, reports online claims that this device will come with some really nice specs.
From the video, we can confirm that the TECNO Phantom device would feature an optical fingerprint scanner just like those in the Galaxy A50 and A70. Based on the image leaked on Tech-ish.com, the TECNO Phantom 9 would come with the triple camera setup, AMOLED display, Android 9 and a Mediatek Helio P35 chipset.
Although, TECNO hasn’t publicly announced or said anything about the specification and features of this device. But we’ll keep looking out for information and most importantly, TECNO should ensure to keep the price point on the low. There is already dope midrange device such as the Samsung Galaxy A50, OPPO F11 Pro and Redmi K20 that is already stealing the midrange market.
So for whatever it’s worth, we’ll be looking out for the official price and full specs of this device.
