Xiaomi Launches the Cheapest 5G Smartphone Called Mi 9 Pro 5G

Xiaomi officially launched its newest product called Mi 9 Pro 5G which is claimed to be the cheapest 5G smartphone in China, its home country.

The Mi 9 Pro 5G has a design similar to the Mi 9, which was launched last February. This handset comes with a layer of glass on the front and back surrounded by a frame made of metal.

Xiaomi equips this brand-new 5G smartphone with a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen with HD + resolution. This screen has an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9 and the screen-to-body ratio reaches 90.7 percent.

Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G is equipped with a Snapdragon 855+ chipset that is paired with a choice of 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB internal storage options without a microSD card slot.

This smartphone is equipped with three cameras on the backside. The main camera has a 48MP resolution with a Sony IMX586 sensor, which is integrated with a 12MP telephoto and 16MP ultra-wide camera.

While the front camera has a resolution of 20MP.

For software, the Mi 9 Pro 5G runs with the Android 10 operating system, but with the latest MIUI 11 polished interface.

This smartphone also has the ability to fast charging 30W and 10W reverse charging. With these capabilities, the 4000mAh battery capacity of the MI 9 Pro 5G is claimed to be fully charged in 69 minutes.
