Don’t ever walk along the roadsides or motorable streets with earphones plugged into your ears. Sound is very important when out there, who knows, someone could be trying to pass some warnings or messages on a stray driver approaching you. How you wan take hear with both ears blocked. If you really need to plug in an earphone, then plug in one ear!

Here is a sad case of an NYSC corp member who died from plugging earphones, it was gathered that she was listening to loud music which prevented her from observing an approaching train.

9. Slide your phone correctly into your pocket

Position your phone rightly when sliding into the pockets, doing this can go a long way in preventing screen cracks.

10. keep devices away from water

Be proactive to know that water and electronic devices aren’t friends. Don’t ever put your phone or PC close to the region where you’d find water or a wet environment. There is this case of a man who died trying to charge his iPhone while in a bath. Be careful!

Warning: Could lead to electric shock in PC.

11. Pick chargers carefully

Be very cautious when using mobile/PC chargers. Some chargers are not meant for your device so pick chargers carefully. Misuse of this can damage your battery and sometimes could learn to an explosion.

12. Don’t use phones while trekking

It’s time to stop using the phone while walking along roadsides, this is a must stop! Whatever it is you’re doing can wait until you get home or wherever you’re going.
