Several large technology companies such as Microsoft, Google, and Facebook are still implementing WFH (Work From Home) system so that all employees can avoid the threat of coronavirus outbreaks (COVID-19).
However, because this outbreak is still unclear when it can end, Facebook finally decided to allow its employees to continue working at home until the end of 2020.
Spoken directly by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the company has decided to continue to allow employees to work at home after receiving information from the Center for Disease Control and Johns Hopkins University.
Even so, Facebook still continues to provide support for all employees who work at home. It will also pay hourly salaries for employees who are sick during the implementation of WFH.
Not only that, but Facebook has also replaced all the events they will be holding in 2020 with online events that will be held via live-streaming, for example, the Oculus Connect VR conference.
