Google is reportedly preparing to launch its newest ‘affordable’ smartphone which will come with the name Pixel 5a. Leaks regarding the smartphone began to appear on the internet.

A famous leaker named OnLeaks via the Voice website has also uploaded the first leaked rendering of the Google Pixel 5a. And it turns out that it looks the same as its predecessor, namely the Google Pixel 4a 5G.

It can be seen that the Google Pixel 5a will come with a flat-screen with a punch hole at the top left. Then there is the setup of two rear cameras and one flash combined in a square layout.

Google also presents a fingerprint sensor on the back. Unquestionably, this is a drawback where many mid-range smartphones already have under-screen fingerprints.

But one thing that still makes a lot of people happy is how Google still provides an audio jack at the top. Also, there is a USB Type-C port and a power button with a striking colour.

OnLeaks also said that the Pixel 5a is predicted to come with a 6.2-inch FHD + OLED screen, nothing has changed from the Pixel 4a 5G. However, it is expected that this smartphone has a higher refresh rate, a more performing chipset, and a large battery.

We’ll see what new things Google will bring to the new Pixel 5a. Do you want to buy this smartphone made by Google? Share your thoughts in the comment box below.
