Ouch! Google Will Stop Play Music Application Later This Year, Why?

Hello Play Music lovers, Google has reached the decision to discontinue the Google Play Music application in full by the end of 2020.

Hello Android smartphone users, you must be familiar with a music player application called Google Play Music. Yes, this application is the default application that is presented directly by Google.

But the Google Play Music application is arguably not very efficient. Because now many people have started to switch to using music streaming services like Spotify and YouTube.

Besides the UI appearance (User Interface) of Google Play Music, it is arguably not the most ideal for a lot of people, so they rarely use the application to play music.

This also made Google reach the decision to discontinue the Google Play Music application in full by the end of 2020.

Yes, Google is known to have decided to close the application and urge users to switch to using YouTube Music, which is now available in many countries.

Google even now has a button on Play Music to help users move their music playlists to the YouTube Music app.

“We want to make sure everyone has time to transfer their content and adapt to YouTube Music,” Google said.
