Fast Charging technology is currently widely used in mid-range and flagship smartphones. Smartphone brands have also started competing to bring Fast Charging features with greater power to make charging smartphones quicker.
Talking about Fast Charging, recently a well-known technology company from China, namely Huawei, was reported to be developing new fast-charging technology with a power of 90W.
Based on information from a leaker called Digital Chat Station on Weibo, it is stated that this fast charging will be the successor to the SuperCharge technology which previously came with a power of 66W.
If the 66W SuperCharge technology alone can charge the 4,300 mAh battery of the Nova 8i smartphone from 0-60% in 17 minutes, the latest 90W Fast Charging technology will make the charging speed even faster.
It is most likely that this technology will also be present in the latest Huawei P50 smartphone which will be announced soon.
The reason is that currently Huawei only has one more smartphone model to be announced in 2021, i.e. the Huawei P50 Series. Previously there were reports that this year, Huawei will not present the Mate 50 Series.
But we’ll stay alert about information related to Huawei’s new smartphone and the Fast Charging technology.
