At the Huawei Developer Conference last year, Huawei introduced its new OS, Harmony OS or HongMeng OS. It is known that Huawei will provide information regarding the operating system at this year’s HDC event.
Based on information from a leaker named Teme (@RODENT950), it was stated that this year Huawei will launch a high-end tablet running the HongMeng OS operating system.
You can try HongMengOS high-end tablets this year😊
This year there is no more hole punch but bezels are still ultra narrow.

“You can try the HongMeng OS high-end tablet this year. This year there us no more hole punch but bezels are still ultra-narrow” wrote Teme on his personal Twitter account.
If you look around, it is likely that the tablet that Huawei will launch later is the successor to the Huawei MatePad Pro and MatePad Pro 5G. But it could be that Huawei presents a new product line that specifically runs the HongMeng OS operating system.
In addition to announcing the presence of a new tablet, Teme also mentioned that currently the latest version of HongMeng OS, namely HongMeng OS 3.0, can be used on smartphones. But he said that a smartphone with the new HongMeng OS will be released in the second half of 2021.
Btw HongMengOS 3.0 is mobile ready OS and first phone with that is coming later 2021 H2.

Huawei also announced that it would provide further information regarding the HongMeng OS 2.0 (Harmony OS 2.0) operating system at the Huawei Developer Conference this week. So let’s just wait for the official announcement from Huawei.
