TECNO Mobile has selected its Camon series as the first lineup to experience its take on a 48MP camera sensor. TECNO Camon 15 is the first smartphone from the lineup that boasts of this beauty. The smartphone’s remarkable 48MP shooter comes with three other sensors in a fascinating quad rear camera setup.

It’s amazing that TECNO moved from last year’s released Camon 12 series to Camon 15 series. I mean, no Camon 13 and no Camon 14. Camon 15, straight up. The reason they altered their naming trend has not been disclosed though.

The first thing you’ll spot on the TECNO Camon 15 is the punch-hole camera design located at its top left corner. Turning backwards, you see the sleek quad-camera setup sitting comfortably around the top left corner as well. More so, you have the colour options of Shoal Gold, Fascinating Purple and Jade to select from. Obviously, beauty is one of the strong suits of this mobile phone.

Back to cameras, the rear quad setup features 48MP with PDAF, 2MP, 2MP, and QVGA shooters. Also, you have quad-LED flash support to improve brightness in low light conditions. For your selfies, TikTok videos, and more, you have the 16MP front camera at your disposal.

TECNO implanted a gigantic 6.6-inch IPS LCD touchscreen to serve your display functions. This display works with a modest 720 x 1600 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
