Twitter announces Twitter and Periscope applications can now be used for live audio broadcasts, so users do not need to record themselves through the camera.

Twitter’s official account stated that this live audio broadcast is only available for iOS devices. It is estimated that Android devices will follow, but Twitter has not mentioned it in their announcement.

In addition to audio broadcasts, the Twitter for iOS application is also given a number of improvements, as well as to overcome some bugs, one of which is the relevance of the event and live broadcasts that appear on the timeline.

Twitter also deals with snake rendering bugs in some parts of the application and caption problems on pages for events.

Users must use the latest Twitter and Periscope applications in order to feel the live broadcast that only displays this sound.

What are your thoughts on this recent live Twitter and Periscope audio broadcast?
