Some time ago the CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun promised to roll out the MIUI 13 operating system based on Android 12 for a number of devices before the end of 2021.
And now there’s a new leak that reveals a list of 9 smartphones that are believed to try out the latest MIUI 13 for the first time once it’s rolled out.
This information regarding the MIUI 13 update was found by developers from Xiaomiui which shows that this update is now being prepared for a number of smartphone models such as Xiaomi 11 to Redmi K40.
Here is a list of 9 smartphones that will get the MIUI 13 update in the near future:
- Xiaomi Mix 4
- Xiaomi 11 Pro / Ultra
- Xiaomi 11
- Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G
- Xiaomi 10S
- Redmi K40
- Redmi K40 Pro / Pro+
However, there is no definite date for the release of the stable version of MIUI 13 for the nine devices. Lei Jun also did not provide information about the release date of the update.
It is predicted that MIUI 13 will only be rolled out to other devices in 2022, moreover, some older models still using Android 11 may be getting this MIUI 13 OS with Android 12.
