1. Turning Photos Into Notes

Google Keep presents the feature of changing the text in a photo into text note by taking a photo. A lot of people who use this app don’t know it can do a lot more than store notes.

2. Create Reminders

The reminder feature is embedded in the Google Keep application which is divided into two, reminders based on time or location. When you have finished taking notes and paired location reminders, Google Keep will provide a notification when it is close to the location in question. If you set a time reminder, you will be notified when the time comes.

3. Take notes by voice

4. Group Notes with Labels and Colors

Grouping notes by label can make it easier for you to find the note. Apart from that, you can also group notes by colour. For example notes with a blue background for college or school activities and notes with a red background for a savings list.

5. Transferring Keep Records to Documents

You can send notes in Google Keep to other applications such as Gmail or Drive. That way you can quickly share or move notes without having to copy-paste.

To use Google Keep, here’s how:

For Android phones or tablets, open the Google Keep application. If you don’t have it, first install it on the Google Play Store.
