Here are the four new features set to be introduced by Google on Samsung devices:
1. Relevant suggestions by Google’s Gemini
On Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6, Google’s Gemini will soon provide relevant suggestions based on your screen’s content. When you watch a video on the Fold6, you can activate the Gemini overlay and move it around the screen, enabling a seamless multitasking experience.
Additionally, if you’re watching a video on YouTube, Gemini will offer an “ask about this video” suggestion. These new features are expected to be available in the coming months.
2. Circle to Search feature
Google also announced that Circle to Search will be fully supported on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6. This feature, launching later this month, allows users to explore complex topics such as symbolic math and to scan barcodes and QR codes directly on their screens.
In addition to these new capabilities, Circle to Search already offers translation services and homework assistance for various physics and math problems. This enhancement aims to make the Fold6 and Flip6 even more versatile tools for learning and productivity.
3. Wear OS 5 smartwatches
The Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra are the first smartwatches to run on Wear OS 5. This latest version of Google’s wearable software brings enhanced performance and better battery life. 4. Multiview mode for YouTube TV subscribers
YouTube TV subscribers using the Galaxy Z Fold6 will be able to enjoy multiview mode, allowing up to four different streams to display simultaneously on the screen. This feature enables users to watch multiple channels at once.
Viewers can choose from pre-selected combinations such as football, news, weather, and simultaneous sporting events. This new functionality enhances the viewing experience by providing a more versatile and dynamic way to watch content.
