When you say fast, like what’s your definition of being fast? How long does it take to fully charge up? Are you using the original/follow-come charger? Are you sure your charging board/port isn’t faulty?
Please can canon CX do a screen recording and how?
Hold the volume up + power button to do that. If it doesn’t work then I guess, it’s not working. Alternatively, just download a screen video app for that. you will find many on Playstore.
my front camera disappeared what can I do. On tecno camon CX
Contact Carlcare support. Something might be wrong with your phone’s camera hardware or perhaps restore factory default.
The colours of the screen changed and became bluish, initially it had crystal clear pictures with proper mixed colours and of high resolution. I have tried to adjust colours but no changes. What could be the problem?

Hy please i have a tecno camon cx and i absolutely love it thanks and giant kudos to tecno for making this. The only problem i’m now facing is the battery lifetime. When i first bought it it charged very fast and would be full in less than 4 hours or 3:30 from 0% and it will last about 18 hours 40 minutes… I had a slight issue of hooking or lagging if you’ll like and so i restored factory settings and it stopped but now the battery life has gone down and a full battery will only last about 18 hours. I want to know please what’s wrong?
I can’t tell what went wrong with your phone, but you might as well check out the applications running underground because apps are one of the biggest battery killer followed by phone connectivity such as Hotspot, Bluetooth etc.
In fact, I have an article that can help you optimise your battery to make it last.
Perhaps, I think there is nothing wrong with your battery if you claimed to have 18 hours 40 minutes before flashing and afterwards, you have about 18 hours. Doesn’t look much of a difference to me. Please analyse what is consuming your battery by going to settings >> battery to see what is taking a large chunk of your battery power. Thanks for the comment. Hope it helps.

Honestly, there is nothing you can do about it. Naija GPS system isn’t in the best of shape.

John sorry about it. I suggest that you do a hard reset to restore factory default. To do that => Hold down volume up + power button > navigate to factory reset using the volume buttons then click the power button for OK. Or simply use the factory restore in the settings if you can navigate your phone. Let m know the outcome.

This is rare. Anyway…First you need to confirm that those buttons are functioning well. If they are… Then you might want to try factory resetting your device.

The Tecno Camon CX is the best Tecno phone I have ever used. I lost my first one (sky grey) and I just had to buy it again (elegant blue). The seamless operation, 16 megapixels front and back and the elegant aesthetics of the phone, plus the aluminium unibody just do it for me. Kudos Tecno.
