Some days ago, we looked into TECNO Camon i2, one of the first smartphones from TECNO with a notch design. In the post, we discussed that two other smartphones were released by the Chinese brand alongside the Camon i2. Well, one of those smartphones is the TECNO Camon i2X.

TECNO Camon i2X Quick Review

Under the hood, TECNO Camon i2X carries the MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) as its powerhouse. The chipset holds an octa-core 2.0GHz Cortex-A53 CPU as well as PowerVR GE8320 GPU for its processing functions and graphics dissemination respectively. Additionally, it uses a 12nm FinFET process.

More so, the dual cameras present at its rear have 13MP and 5MP sensors. The 13MP camera has a f/1.8 aperture which it uses to adjust light intensity. The 5MP secondary camera utilises a f/2.4 aperture and depth sensor to help out with the Portrait mode.

On the front side, a 16MP shooter takes charge of snapping awesome selfies. A flash support is available for brightening the environ in low light conditions. The memory section is fully loaded with a 64GB ROM that can be expanded to 128GB with the usage of a MicroSD card. Still, in the memory room, the phone is packed with a 4GB RAM for smooth running of apps on the phone.

MediaTek Pump Express charging ensures that the smartphone’s battery charges at an extremely fast rate. The battery, however, has a capacity of 3,750mAh.
