WhatsApp to Leave Windows Phone at the End of 2019

I'm not so sure how many people still use Windows smartphones. However, if you still own one, start preparing to move on to other devices as WhatsApp is officially discontinuing support.

I don’t know who needs to see this but WhatsApp has confirmed it will end their support for Windows Phone, as well as a number of older Android and iOS operating systems.

Starting December 31, 2019, WhatsApp on Windows Phone will no longer work.

Meanwhile, for older versions of Android and iOS operating systems – Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread below and iOS 7 below – WhatsApp can no longer be used on February 1, 2020.

WhatsApp warns that some functions on WhatsApp can stop before the deadline on an operating system they no longer support.
