Last month Microsoft announced the presence of Windows 365, a cloud service that allows users to access the Windows 10 or 11 operating system online via a web browser.
Certainly, the presence of Windows 365 will help many people, especially those who frequently switch devices, so they want data and the operating system to run via the cloud only.
What many people question is the subscription fee of Windows 365. Microsoft has stated that the fee will be divided into 2 types, i.e Business and Enterprise.
Here are the details:
- US $20 per month, Single virtual core with 2GB RAM and 64GB storage
- US $158 per month, 8 virtual core with 32GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The fee also includes the Windows 10 or 11 operating system so users don’t have to buy a license again. Even Microsoft says its Windows 365 service will support all applications that can generally run on a regular Windows operating system.
In addition, Windows 365 can also be run easily on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, iPadOS, and Linux devices, as long as the user has a fast and stable internet connection.
