Redmi K50 is a high-end Android smartphone equipped with a 6.67-inch QHD+ (3200 x 1440) display, MediaTek Dimensity 8100 2.85GHz octa-core CPU, 8GB/12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage capacity and a triple main camera comprising 48 megapixels + 8 megapixels + 2 megapixels.
This smartphone features a large 5500mAh battery capacity that supports 67W quick charging, a 48 megapixels triple camera with OIS, a 20 megapixels selfie camera with a Sony IMX596 sensor and a high-resolution AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
It supports a 5G network, OS is Android 12 (MIUI 13), the connection port is USB Type-C, there is no earphone jack, and biometric authentication supports fingerprint authentication and face authentication.

It is available in four colours: Black, Aurora, Silver, and Green. It was released in China in March 2021, the price of the Redmi K50 is 2399 yuan (about ₦157,000 in Nigeria) for the 8GB/128GB model, 2599 yuan (about ₦170,000 in Nigeria) for the 8GB/256GB model, 2799 yuan (about ₦183,000 in Nigeria) for the 12GB / 256GB model.
Xiaomi also announced the Redmi K50 Pro and Redmi K40S with Dimensity 9000 at the same time.
