After a long wait for its presence by many fans, Apple has finally announced the arrival of its newest smartphone, namely the iPhone 12 and 12 Mini, which are the latest iPhone series that come with improvements in design, features and specifications.

Apple iPhone 12 Features

The iPhone 12 itself is the original variant of the iPhone 12 Series which comes with a 6.1-inch screen and is an OLED type. The screen on this smartphone is known to come with a resolution of 2,532 x 1,170 pixels but still has a refresh rate of 60Hz.

In addition, Apple also announced that the glass in the iPhone 12 has a stronger material. Referred to as Ceramic Shield Glass, the glass is claimed to provide 4 times stronger durability and is the strongest smartphone glass to date.

Apple also presents a frame design with a boxy shape like they did on the iPhone 5. It is known that the frame design allows the smartphone to capture the 5G signal more strongly, resulting in maximum speed.

Equipped with Apple’s latest 5nm chipset, the A14 Bionic, Apple claims that this new chipset will deliver very high performance and become the fastest smartphone chipset in the world. Because the performance of the A14 Bionic is also said to be 40% faster than last year’s A13 chipset.

Then into the camera side, Apple brings a dual rear camera setup on the iPhone 12 where the 2 cameras come with a resolution of 12MP Wide Angle and 12MP Ultrawide Angle. Meanwhile, the front camera itself also comes with the same resolution, which is 12MP.
