Huawei has launched the Bisheng Laser Printer X1 series, a new line of multi-function printers designed for home and small office use. According to Gizmochina, these printers are available for pre-order and will be on sale starting August 13th at Huawei Mall, Huawei Experience Stores, and authorized retailers.

Setting up the Bisheng X1 series is very easy. Huawei’s “simple network connection” process allows multiple devices to find and connect to the printer automatically when they are near it.
Mobile Printing and Robust Connectivity
The X1 series makes sharing the printer across a household simple. It supports a single-point network setup, meaning once one device connects to the printer, other devices in the home can use it without needing to reconnect each time. This can be done through the Smart Life App, which lets users send print commands directly from their smartphones.
For those who use Huawei devices, the X1 series offers one-touch printing through Huawei Share. This means users can print documents directly from their Huawei smartphones or tablets without any hassle. The printer also supports remote printing through various methods, including printing from HarmonyOS devices, using a WeChat mini-program, printing via the Smart Life App, and through a universal printing portal.
Stability
The X1 series is designed for stable and reliable performance. It uses a distributed radio frequency solution with a three-layer interference protection network. Huawei’s Wi-Fi low-power technology ensures a consistently strong online connection. To prevent paper jams, the printer has an S-shaped paper feed mechanism. According to Huawei, the printer can handle up to 20,000 sheets without jamming, which shows its dependable design.
Multifunctionality and Efficiency
The X1 series offers printing, copying, and scanning functions, with a print speed of 30 pages per minute and a scanning resolution of 1200 DPI for color scans. The printer uses an independent drawer-type toner cartridge system, which helps reduce the cost of replacing consumables. Replacing the toner cartridge is easy: just open the front panel, unlock the cartridge using the handle, and slide it out. Inserting a new cartridge is just as simple.
Additionally, the X1 series separates the toner and drum unit, allowing users to replace only the toner when it runs out, further reducing expenses.
There are three models in the series: X1, X1 Pro, and X1 Max, each with different toner capacities. The X1 Max can handle up to 2,000 printed pages, the X1 Pro up to 1,500 pages, and the basic X1 model up to 1,000 pages.
