iPhone 13 Might Be the Most Expensive iPhone Ever, Here’s Why!

The iPhone is known to be one of the most expensive smartphones. Although, Apple keeps trying to make the prices of its new iPhones cheaper every year.

This year, it appears that Apple can’t achieve that because there is a new report stating that Apple is likely to make the iPhone 13 the most expensive iPhone.

Quoted from Ubergizmo, this may be happening because TSMC as the chipmaker for Apple is rumoured to have increased the production cost of its chips by 20% from the normal cost.

This of course will make Apple have to spend more money to get the chip that will be used in the latest iPhone and will certainly affect the selling price of the iPhone 13 when it is launched.

Although the increase in the production cost of the TSCM chip will only have an impact in January 2022, it will still affect the price of the iPhone 13 which is planned to be announced in September 2021.

But we’ll see, who knows if Apple has another strategy to make sure there’s no significant price increase happening in the latest iPhone 13. Reason being that the iPhone 13 has become one of the most anticipated smartphones this year.
