After uploading a teaser for its first product last February, now the new company created by OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei named Nothing has officially launched wireless earbuds called Nothing Ear (1).
Nothing Ear (1) Features and Specs
Nothing Ear (1) itself comes as wireless earbuds that have a quite unique design. The reason is from the case alone, Nothing Ear (1) seems to use a transparent-style design style mixed with white and black.
As for the earbuds themselves, the Nothing Ear (1) is more or less shaped like the AirPods Pro but with the ‘stem’ reorienting to be slightly tilted. It is said that this is done to provide comfort to the users of the earbuds.
These earbuds also come with 11.6mm drivers from Teenage Engineering and weigh 4.7 grams per earbud. In addition, Nothing Ear (1) also supports IPX4 certification to be resistant to sweat and splashes of water.
Nothing says that these earbuds will provide around 4 hours of endurance when the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feature and 5.7 hours when the ANC feature is not activated.
With the charging case, Nothing Ear (1) can increase the endurance of this device to 34 hours, then it can be charged using the USB-C port on the case.
