Our smartphones are part of our everyday life, people like me will give you reasons I can never live without my phone. Perhaps, we understand completely the complexity of phones of today, in the quest to make them more smarter, everything about them awkwardly became too complicated to understand. Starting with the way they use up data without consideration, apps consuming RAM, or the batteries constantly drains without notice?

1. Don’t be deceived, 100% charge can be dangerous

According to Battery University, “Li-ion does not need to be fully charged, nor is it desirable to do so. In fact, it is better not to fully charge, because high voltage stresses the battery” and wears it out over time.

Leaving your phone to charge up to 100% before removing can be stupid! Why do I think so? I believe the longer your phone stays plugged in, the worst its battery life. Gradually, you’d notice your battery lifespan has slowly deteriorated. In essence, If your battery usually lasts about 10hrs in September 2016, in January 2017, you will notice a drastic reduction in attainable time. So my advice for you is not to charge full, as soon as you see 95-99%, detach right away. You can always replug your charger when battery level drops further.
