I created this video tutorial on how to change Android IMEI using MTK Engineering Mode for those that requires hands-on video guide on tweaking IMEI on Android.

IMEI tweaking on android device is very easy, it requires less than 5 minutes via MTK Engineering Mode App. This article here had already talked about IMEI changing on MTK Android phones, even Android 6.0 Marshmallow phone can now change their phone’s IMEI here.

Step 1

Click HERE to download MTK Engineering mode for your device

Step 2

Open/Lunch the MTK Engineering Mode on your phone.

Step 3

Click/Select MTK Settings » Slide left to Connectivity » select CDS Information » select Radio Information.

Step 4

Select either the Phone 1 or Phone 2, depending on whichever SIM you wish to change its IMEI.

• AT+ EGMR=1,7,””   for  Phone 1
• AT+ EGMR=1,10,””  for Phone 2

Now put the IMEI you wish to change to in between this signs “” above.

Step 5

Now, tap/click the Send AT Command option

Step 6

Now reboot your phone and dial *#06# to check your IMEI number
