STEP 1. Open YouTube on your desktop or laptop using any web browser.
STEP 2. There are two ways to find the profile of the user you want to block; Use the search box to search for the user’s profile, or click on the user’s name directly from the comments section.
STEP 3. Once you’re on the user’s profile, click on the “About” section.
STEP 4. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a gray flag. Click on it.
STEP 5. After clicking the gray flag, you’ll be presented with four options: Report Channel Art, Report Profile Picture, Report User, and Block User.
STEP 6. Choose “Block User” from the options. A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm your decision to block the user. If you’re sure about blocking the user, click on “Submit” to block them indefinitely.
3. Blocking Channels Using YouTube Studio
To block channels in YouTube Studio, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Visit YouTube using any browser. Find and copy the channel URL of the user you want to block on their YouTube profile page.
STEP 2. Click on your profile image to access YouTube Studio. On the left side of the screen, click on Settings, and then select Community.
