Are you searching for the code used to lend money or airtime on your MTN line for free and pay later, then here is the place to be. This post contains how to borrow credit from MTN in Nigeria – MTN XtraTime.
Nigeria’s top mobile telecommunication giant MTN has provided a USSD code that allows you to easily apply to borrow airtime credit from them for free and pay back later. There is absolutely no reason to be stranded anymore.
With this MTN XtraTime airtime borrowing service, you can ask for airtime and then pay back later when you recharge your MTN SIM card (*Terms and conditions apply though). There are other ways to recharge on your MTNbacom SIM aside from this when stranded, however, this method does not require borrowing airtime from MTN, I’ve covered it in one of my previous posts, click here for details.

MTN is in the best position to answer this question. So please call them to know why you can’t borrow airtime. However, I think your eligibility somewhat depends on how often you’ve recharged your line in the past.
