How to Check Access Bank Account Number (Code)

Have you ever been in situations where you need to send your account number to a friend or relation? Such circumstances could need urgency and no error because you don’t want to give them the wrong Access Bank NUBAN account number.

If you’ve forgotten your bank account number, there’s an imperative need to check it for correctness before transferring money to it. Access Bank has a USSD code that allows you to carry out lots of mobile banking activities, In some of my previous articles, I’ve revealed how to;

Below, you will learn how to check your Access Bank account number on your mobile phone. It doesn’t need an internet connection to work. So, you can use a feature phone to check your Access Bank account balance. And it works perfectly on all networks in Nigeria (Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, MTN etc). Let us get started…

How to Check Access Bank Account Number on Your Phone

Check via USSD Code

The quickest and easiest way to do this is via the *901# USSD code provided by Access bank for mobile banking. To use this you should have enrolled for USSD banking.

Let’s get started:

Step 1:

Dial*901# on your phone dialer.

Step 2:

Type and send 4 to proceed to Other Services.

Step 3:

Enter 4 to select Enquiry Services

Step 4:

Select and send 3 (A/C No Enquiry) to finally reveal your Access bank account.

Take note: If you’re new to Access bank USSD banking, then you’ll have to enroll for the service by entering the 6 digits of your Access ATM card.

Check via Access Bank Mobile App

The Access Bank app is one of my favourite ways of peeping at my account number. However, to use this app, you must first register which requires filing your personal details before proceeding. Let’s assume you’ve got this covered, then all you need to do is sign in to check your Access Bank account number through their mobile app (see screenshot below).

3. Via ATM
4. Via Statement of Account
5. Via Internet banking
6. Via Instant Alerts
